QM STRANGE EXPERIENCES
One of the beautiful wood hallways onboard the
Queen Mary.
Hallway on Queen Mary
(2004)
On one of our first visits to The Queen Mary, we were walking down one of the hallways late at night, when I noticed a man walking a little ways ahead of us. He was dressed all in one color, kind of a blue-grey overalls perhaps. I brought my digital camera up to look at the screen because I wanted to take a picture of the hallway and when I looked in it the man ahead of us wasn't there. I looked up and he was still walking ahead of us. I showed my sister and our friend and they were also confused that he wasn't showing up on the camera's screen. When I went to take a picture of him, he disappeared. I guess I should have taken the picture right away, but the ship and her mysteries were all new to me at that time. That won't happen again!
During another one of our visits to the Queen Mary in 2004, we were doing some investigating in the middle of the night as usual. In our group that visit was myself, my sister, and another friend of ours. We were walking down one of the hallways, I turned my head to look down one of the shorter side hallways and when I turned back I saw a shadowperson turn the corner right in front of us. When we looked down the hallway there was no one there, and there had not been anyone walking in front of us.
Pool Encounters
October 2005
While standing near the pool in the First Class Swimming Pool. My sister and mysister-in-law both had the sensation of someone touching their hair. This area has not been changed in any way, it is still all original. The swimming pool is empty, but at times wet foot prints are seen in the area. There is a lot of activity in the pool areas.
January 2006
While in the pool area doing some more investigating, we captured a couple evps'. One was 2 different voices, but just one word each in answer to a question I was being asked by one of our group. It was "Yes", then "Hey". A few seconds later you hear, "Pretty soon" and "Did you see us?". When played backwards it says, "I see you". We had been asking to see them just before this. At the time of these incidents, I didn't realize where these things were happening. It was later that I found out about room B340, and these 2 occcurances happening right outside this room.
Near Watertight Door 13
January 2006
In this area you see what we think is a water heater. We where in the area very late or you could say very early in the morning - somewhere around 4am. Taking pictures, EVP's; doing an investigation. We heard someone talking and stopped and realized we were listening to a conversation. There were no people in this area, this conversation was most likely a residual haunting. It may play over and over all the time. We're not sure. But I do want to check this out again. We had tried to capture it on tape, but because of a lot of background noise we don't hear anything. Although I did get one EVP in the area when we first arrived there. It is a child saying "daddy". You can hear this EVP by clicking here.
